主要研究领域及兴趣

  我们主要使用单分子磁镊技术、单分子FRET技术,在单分子水平上研究生物大分子结构及分子间相互作用。操纵单个核酸分子可以研究核酸结构的多样性,还可以研究核酸与蛋白质的相互作用。在该方向,张兴华以第一作者在《PNAS》上发表论文2篇、在《JACS》上发表论文1篇。核酸结构的多样性、RNA分子伴侣、转录异常中止导致的神经-肌肉退行性疾病、DNA同源重组修复是我们课题组的研究重点。
